By accessing and using the HahaGo application and website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on HahaGo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The materials appearing on HahaGo's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HahaGo does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. HahaGo may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

HahaGo has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by HahaGo of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

HahaGo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, policies, or legal requirements. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HahaGo operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to post, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal or violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for minors
• Incites or depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or promotes harm to others
• Is hateful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation

11. Community Guidelines and Moderation

HahaGo is an entertainment app that delivers AI-generated funny short videos and enables social interactions (like, comment, share). By using the Service, you agree that:

• All users must follow our community rules and maintain respectful, civil conduct at all times.
• Content displayed in the app is AI-generated and/or reviewed by moderation systems and/or human moderators before being broadly shown whenever feasible.
• HahaGo may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or our community rules, and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeat or severe violations.
• Built-in Report and Block features are provided to help maintain a safe environment; users are encouraged to report problematic content or behavior and block accounts they do not wish to interact with.
• Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including future updates as described in Section 7.

12. Termination

HahaGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our community rules, or for behavior that we deem harmful to the community or the Service. Your obligations under these Terms will survive any termination.
